eFundraising Connections is looking for a part-time Account Executive to manage existing clients and support our CEO for our fast growing political fundraising firm in Sacramento, CA. eFund specializes in providing online processing solutions for political campaigns, and is expanding into non-profits. Primary Responsibilities:

Our Account Executives focus will be managing our existing clients and supporting our CEO in his efforts to grow the company. You will be the main point of contact for our clients, assure that their requests are being addressed in a timely manner, and help grow the business by working with our team on platform suggestions. Since we emphasize good customer service, we are looking for someone with great people and organizational skills that can be the face of our company and promote our company values.

  • On boarding new clients for our eFundraising Connections business
  • Responsible for client management for existing customers, assuring their customer service needs and requests are met.
  • Managing charge backs and other activities related to the efundraising business.
  • Communicate with clients to support all incoming requests.
  • Priortize and manage multiple projects simultaneously and follow through on issues in a timely manner.
  • Assist in the event planning, organization, and execution of company activities.
  • Be well organized and self-motivated to succeed.
  • Possess the ability to manage many different clients at once.
  • Ability to manage client expectations and keep them happy.
  • Ability to cultivate and develop new clients.


  • Well organize and prior history of similar work.
  • Political Campaign experience, and an understanding of the political fundraising process.
  • Evidence of top achievement in several aspects of your educational, extracurricular, or professional background.
  • 2-3 years of successful sales or account management work experience.
  • Great personal and organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously.

What this opportunity offers:

  • $18 per hour part time position of 25 hours per week
