Job Description:

Reporting to the Digital Marketing Project Manager, the Digital Marketing Implementation Specialist will be responsible for client-based, social media marketing, search engine marketing and content management, as well as various administrative responsibilities related to our Digital Marketing SEO Initiatives.

Supports and implements projects that include: client-based social media campaign management (Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn), social media ad buys, website content management and campaign-based reporting and analytics for our digital marketing clients.

Our clients range from retail to service establishments; however, we have a strong reputation for expertise within the field of political campaign marketing. We are a small company known for our customized work and expertise in several specific, niche industries.

Essential Job Functions:

  • Client-Based Digital Marketing & Website Content Management

    • Develop monthly social media marketing strategies for supported clients
    • Implement and maintain the client-based, social media campaigns across several social media platforms
    • Maintain metrics of performance for all online promotions to include targeted media placements within publications of interest to our target audience, online advertisements, opportunities for press and competitive analytics
    • Support targeted search engine optimization campaigns and strive for leadership positions on major search engines for the company web site based on core messaging and reach to target audiences
    • Research and provide reports on website trends, visitor traffic analysis and search engine optimization best practices
  • Market and Competitive Intelligence

    • Support the development of market intel communication tools
    • Conduct competitive and market research as required
    • Identify and update “Best Practices” for social media marketing and SEO implementation
  • Administrative

    • Organize, submit and track client invoices and report on recurring income
    • Assist the Digital Marketing Project Manager with the management of website development projects and support clients
    • Manage internal marketing events and communications


  • Bachelor’s Degree in Communications or Marketing
  • At least two years’ experience in Marketing or Digital Marketing Communications
  • Proficient in Power Point, Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Proficient in social media and email campaign platforms – MailChimp, Constant Contact and ZOHO campaigns
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to interact with staff at all levels of the organization with a professional and courteous attitude
  • Ability to multi-task and work in a professional work environment
  • Superior writing, editing, presentation and organization skills
  • Ability to work independently under short durations and deadlines
  • Ability to read and comprehend files, briefings and interpret data
