  • California Department of Public Health (CDPH): Designed and deployed a .NET 8.0–based data management system for the California Neurodegenerative Registry, supporting statewide health research and analytics using Blazor, EF Core, and Azure tools.
  • Department of General Services (DGS): Rebuilt a 30-year-old system from the ground up using the full Microsoft Azure stack, including Azure B2C, Azure SQL, and Azure Functions, to track statewide property inventory.
  • Sacramento City Unified School District (SCUSD): Migrated legacy VB6 applications to .NET Framework 4.8 and deployed a modern React/.NET 6 web application used by over 100 school sites, backed by SQL Server 2019.
  • California Department of Water Resources (DWR): Converted Silverlight applications to Blazor and implemented a modernized bond reporting system using .NET Core, SQL Server, Azure DevOps, and Entity Framework.
  • eFundraising Connections: Developed a SaaS platform to process payments for political campaigns and non-profit organizations. They also led the on-prem to Azure cloud migration, increasing reliability and minimizing costs.
  • Capitol Energy Systems: Created an IoT platform to communicate with tens of thousands of thermostats deployed in schools, retail stores, and commercials offices. Built on Azure using the latest .NET technologies.
