The Challenge

The California Counties Foundation, a nonprofit affiliate of the California State Association of Counties, needed a website redesign to modernize its look, improve navigation, and better showcase its programs and resources. The existing site lacked mobile optimization, modern accessibility compliance, and clear pathways for users to access information. Additionally, the project required a tight turnaround to align with organizational priorities, while coordinating input from multiple stakeholders.
