Overview
Visit Arcadia is a full custom website and rebranding initiative for the City of Arcadia’s Economic Development Department. The project began with an expanded design scope, including the development of six logo concepts and refinement of the City’s color palette, typography, and overall brand direction. Once the new identity was approved, the team moved through our five-phase website process—Concept, Design, Prototype Development, Build Out, and Launch/Training—to deliver a modern, highly visual WordPress Bricks destination website.
The project’s goal was to modernize the tourism experience, make high-value content easy to access, and introduce a refreshed Visit Arcadia identity that resonates with residents, visitors, and local businesses. Following launch, the City transitioned into CTS’s ongoing website support and maintenance services to ensure long-term performance, accessibility, and scalability.
The Challenge
The City of Arcadia needed a visitor-focused digital experience that felt distinct from its primary municipal website while supporting tourism and economic development goals. The existing Visit Arcadia presence lacked a cohesive brand identity and the intuitive, mobile-friendly experience expected of a modern destination website.

Our Approach
The project began with an expanded design scope focused on brand development.
